Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may request an order cancellation within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
• Custom-made or tailor-made items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
• Approved cancellations will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
• In case of payment made via an online gateway, third-party transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Membership & Registration Cancellations

• GRK SALES CORPORATION PVT LTD reserves the right to decline or cancel any new or renewing membership at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made before the published deadline are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via phone, email, or fax, and must be acknowledged by our team during the valid cancellation period.
• Any benefits or incentives received under the membership must be returned if the membership is cancelled.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be initiated by the original purchaser or the registered cardholder.
• Requests should include the full name of the customer and the transaction reference number.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Event Cancellation by GRK SALES CORPORATION PVT LTD

•We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled event due to insufficient participation or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, full refunds will be provided to all registered participants.
• If an event is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to Receive a full refund,or Transfer their registration to the new date.

• Please note that if the customer cancels the order once the payment is made online,
