1. Return & Replacement Eligibility:
• Return and replacement periods may vary by product category and seller. Kindly refer to the specific return/replacement policy mentioned on the respective product page.
• The return period begins from the date of delivery or installation, as per the seller's norms.
• Returns are applicable in cases of:o Defective or damaged product  Incorrect product received (not as described).

 2. For Products with Installation Services:
• If installation is provided by GRK SALES CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, do not open the product packaging on your own.
• Only our reauthorized personnel will handle unboxing and installation.
• Return window starts from the date of installation, not delivery.

3. Returns Process & Issue Resolution If you face any issues with a purchased product:
• Raise a return or replacement request through our Website, App, or Mobile Site within the applicable return period.
• Our team will initiate return verification, which may involve: o Self-help troubleshootingo Assistance via phone/video callo
•A visit from a GRK representative If the issue remains unresolved, the seller will process a replacement. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued •Applicable for: Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Electronics, Large Appliances, Furniture, etc.


4. Return Pickup & Conditions:
• Returns can be scheduled for pickup at the original or an alternate address (subject to logistics availability).
• At pickup, the following conditions will be checked :Condition.
•Requirement Product Condition Undamaged, no scratches, dents, tears, or holes Packaging Original box and packaging should be intact and undamaged.

5. Definition of Refund:
•A Refund refers to the reimbursement initiated to the Buyer upon returning a product to the Seller under the following conditions:
• Product was defective
• Product was damaged during shipping
• Missing parts/items
• Wrong item delivered In most cases, a return will result in a refund.

 6. Buyer Responsibilities & Notes:
• Review the product listing carefully before purchase. Orders placed for incorrect items by the buyer may not qualify for return or refund.
• Return requests must be raised within the return period applicable to the product.
• Return requests can be raised by contacting our Toll-Free Customer Support.Upon return request, the Seller may choose to:  
1. Replace after shipment collection
2. Refund after shipment collection
3. Refund without shipment collection
4. Replace without shipment collection.

 7. Disputes & Seller Response:
• If the Seller disagrees with the return request, the Buyer can file a dispute.
• If the Seller does not act on a return ticket within 3 days of notification, the request will be automatically settled in favor of the Buyer.

 8. Shipping Costs for Returns:
• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Seller in all eligible return cases.

 9. Non-Returnable Products:
• Certain product categories may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns.
