At GRK SALES CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide a transparent and fair replacement experience to our valued customers. This Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which a buyer may request a replacement and the terms applicable to such requests.

1. General Replacement Terms Buyers may request replacement of a product sold on our platform under the following conditions:
• The request is raised at the time of delivery or within the applicable return policy period (as defined per product category or seller).
 • The product is found to be defective, damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrectly delivered.Conditions for Replacement:
• Buyer must notify the seller of any defect immediately at the time of delivery or within the return policy period.
• Products must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and tags.
• Replacements are subject to stock availability. • Replacement may cover the entire product or part(s) of it, depending on the issue and availability.

2. Products Not Eligible for Replacement The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
• Incidental damage due to malfunction.
• Defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products returned without complete accessories and original packaging.
• Items customized, tailor-made, or labeled as non-returnable.
Note: Packaging must be intact and undamaged, particularly for branded items.

3. Buyer Protection & Anti-Fraud MeasuresIf GRK SALES CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED suspects fraudulent activity—such as false claims or misleading information—we reserve the right to:
• Suspend, block, or cancel the user's Display Name.
• Disqualify the user from any protection or benefit programs.
• Initiate legal proceedings (civil/criminal) against offenders.
• Take appropriate action against both buyer and seller accounts involved in such misconduct.

4. Exchange Offers (If Applicable)By participating in an exchange offer:
• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device.
• The device is genuine, free from legal disputes, and not under any lien.
• All personal data has been erased before return. GRK SALES CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any remaining data.
• Devices sent under exchange cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• The new product will be delivered and the old product picked up simultaneously.
• You agree to pay applicable pickup/shipping charges, if any.
• You reauthorized the processing of your personal data for program validation and administration.

5. Replacement Procedure If you wish to initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:
1. Raise a Request Contact our Customer Support via the Toll-Free Number provided on our website within the valid return period.
2. Provide Reason for Return Acceptable reasons include:o Damaged in transit o Defective or malfunctioning go Missing item(s)o Wrong item shippe do Dead on Arrival
3. Seller Evaluation The request will be forwarded to the seller for approval or rejection.
4. Return & Replacement o If approved: Buyer must return the item, post which the seller dispatches the replacement.o If rejected: Buyer may raise a formal dispute through GRK SALES CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
5. Seller Unavailability or Non-response If the seller doesn’t have a replacement item, a refund will be processed.o If the seller does not respond within 6 working days, the refund will be initiated automatically.
Note: All replacement-related shipping charges shall be borne by the seller.

6. Important Disclaimer
Most of our products are technical and custom-built, hence do not fall under general return or replacement policies.
Replacements, if any, are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s policy.
